Rental Accommodation: Price per week for 2, 4 or 6 people depending on type, 1 vehicle included.
Extra trailer: +1€50 a day
Additional person: +47€ per week.
TELEVISION in french and foreign languages.
Electricity: 15kW included in the rental.
Extra heating will be charged: 1.50€ for every 5kW for the period from 21/04 to 23/06 and from 25/08 to 29/09 (apart from in the Caravan),
Also from 23/06 to 25/08 ( for air conditioning).
The reservation becomes firm and final after receipt of the deposit of 30% of the rental amount.
The remaining balance to be paid in full on the day of arrival.
You will receive the keys of your accommodation only after full payment of your stay upon arrival.
Security deposit: a deposit of 250 € will be required for all rentals, and 60 € will be retained if the accommodation is not returned
in the same state in which it was received.
Cancellation: if you cancel without warning, we will consider that accommodation to be available after 36 hours, and you will not be able to claim
any refund after this delay.
No reduction will be granted in the case of a delayed arrival or early departure.
All rental agreements are personal and cannot be re-assigned or subletted without the consent of the management.
Linen: is not included - linen hire on request: 18€ (subject to availability).
Cancellation insurance: 15€ per week per rental is available (see contract attached to the lease).
ATTENTION: animals are not allowed in rental accommodation.
